A Dual Perspective: From Tech Executive to Attorney at Law.
Before founding ANR Law, Anantha built a distinguished career as a senior technology and product manager for Fortune 100 companies, including AT&T, DirecTV, Mattel, Deluxe, and Trailer Park, where he led multi-million-dollar projects in AI-driven search, streaming media, and data security. This experience honed his skills in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management at the corporate level—skills he now brings to his legal practice.
After earning his Juris Doctor and passing the California Bar, Anantha transitioned to law full-time, working at respected firms across Los Angeles in both plaintiff and defense litigation. His work has included:
- Employment Law: Representing employees and employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and PAGA actions, with hands-on experience managing cases from intake through settlement or trial.
- Business Law: Representing business in complex business litigation involving breach of contract and intellectual property issues. Drafting, reviewing, and enforcing contracts; resolving shareholder and partnership disputes; and advising on corporate governance and IP protection.
- Data Privacy & AI Governance: Guiding companies on compliance with CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, cybersecurity standards, and the emerging legal landscape of AI technologies.
